Job summary

Obsidian Solutions Group LLC is seeking an Intelligence Analyst to support the MAGTF Staff Training program at Quantico, VA. The role requires TS/SCI eligibility and experience with Joint Operations Planning, the Intelligence Cycle, and regional training delivery for MEF/MEB command elements.

The analyst will observe MAGTF processes, draft after-action reports, and deliver education to service schools, MCU, and other venues while coordinating with MSTP stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Senior staff planning experience in the Joint Operations Planning Process and the Marine Corps Planning Process at the Marine Division, Wing, or MLG staff.
• Experience conducting tactical and operational level planning at the conceptual, functional, and detailed levels for service and functional component organizations; capable of applying the Intelligence Cycle, IPB, and JPPOE processes.
• Completion of an appropriate level of professional military education such as Intermediate/Top Level School (ILS/TLS).
• Knowledge of intelligence processes and procedures in support of ground combat, aviation, and supporting arms.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional SME support to examine and assess MAGTF level organizations and draft procedures for improvement as an Observer, Trainer and Collector.
• Plan, develop, coordinate and deliver operational-level, regionally focused MAGTF instruction, training and education.
• Capture data from observations, analyze information, and record findings in after-action and evaluation reports.
