Job summary

Obsidian Solutions Group LLC seeks an Intelligence Analyst to support the MAGTF Senior Advisor group. You will examine MAGTF organizations, draft improvement procedures, and deliver education as an observer, trainer, and collector.

The role requires adjudicated TS/SCI eligibility, Senior-level planning experience, and strong knowledge of intelligence processes and C2 systems. Travel up to 30-40% may be involved.

Qualifications

• Selected personnel will have an adjudicated TS clearance and access up to TS/SCI
• Senior staff planning experience in JOPP and MCPP at Marine Division/Wing/MLG
• Experience conducting tactical and operational planning at conceptual to detailed levels
• Completed professional military education such as ILS/TLS
• Knowledge of intelligence processes for ground combat, aviation, and supporting arms
• Knowledge of military doctrine, tactics, and operational command relationships
• Knowledge of C2 systems related to intelligence

Responsibilities

• Provide SME support to MAGTF level orgs, identify friction points, propose improvements
• Draft procedures for improvement as Observer, Trainer and Collector
• Observe MAGTF processes, review orders/procedures, and capture data for reports
