Job summary

Leidos is seeking an Intelligence Management Specialist to serve as the central operational and administrative node for the FUSION analytical workforce at NGIC in Charlottesville, VA. This role oversees taskings, RFIs, reports, briefings, and intelligence products, ensuring analysts can focus on mission execution.

The specialist will apply AI-enabled tools to enhance workflow visibility, information management, and dissemination while coordinating cross-domain transfers and executive briefings.

Qualifications

• Current TS/SCI clearance with SCI eligibility at time of hire.
• Full-time on-site work at NGIC in Charlottesville, VA from Day 1.
• Master’s degree in intelligence, information management, national security, or related field; bachelor’s with additional experience may be considered.
• Twelve (12) years of relevant experience in intelligence management, production management, executive operations, knowledge management, or mission support.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint or similar tools, and classified information systems.
• Experience with AI-enabled productivity tools and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track taskings, RFIs, reports, briefings, and correspondence from receipt through completion.
• Support information flow across the Program Management Office and analytical workforce.
• Coordinate executive-level meetings, read-ahead packages, visitors, and official functions.
• Provide secure cross-domain transfer and intelligence dissemination support.
• Apply authorized AI-enabled tools to improve workflow tracking and information management.
• Validate AI-assisted outputs for accuracy, classification, sourcing, and compliance prior to use.
