Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Intelligence Management Specialist to serve as the central operational and administrative support node for the FUSION analytical workforce at the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) in Charlottesville, VA.

This role ensures analysts, engineers, scientists, and mission leaders can focus on operational execution while leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve workflow visibility and information management.

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track taskings, RFIs, reports, and briefings from receipt to completion.
• Coordinate information flow across the Program Management Office and analytical workforce.
• Coordinate executive meetings, readahead packages, visitors, and official functions.
• Provide secure cross-domain transfer and intelligence dissemination support.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to improve workflow tracking and information management.
