Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Deputy Program Manager for the FUSION program at NGIC in Charlottesville, VA. The role provides direct oversight of CONUS/OCONUS operations, staffing, and mission support, with authority to act for the Program Manager when needed.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years in DoD/IC missions, 5+ years leading teams, and a strong background in AI-enabled analytics in classified environments. On-site, full-time position with opportunities to shape defense intelligence programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred in business, program management, intelligence, national security, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with additional DoD/IC experience may be considered in lieu.
• 12+ years supporting DoD, IC, or national-security missions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Program Manager in executing all task‑order requirements.
• Provide daily oversight of operational, administrative, training, and workforce activities.
• Coordinate CONUS and OCONUS operations, staffing, deployments, and mission support.
• Serve as acting Program Manager when required to maintain continuity of leadership.
• Support integration of AI‑enabled tools and data‑driven processes.
