Job summary

Bluehawk, LLC is seeking an experienced Intelligence Management Specialist to support 24/7 COP-IDL watch operations and maintain the Command Common Operating Picture – Intelligence Data Layer. You will enable timely cross-domain intelligence sharing across JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and partner systems in support of operational missions.

You will fuse intelligence data, manage databases, coordinate reporting, and assist with program documentation in high-tempo environments for national security

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI CI Polygraph clearance.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant intelligence operations or intelligence management experience.
• Experience supporting watch operations, COP management, or intelligence fusion environments.
• Familiarity with cross-domain data transfers and intelligence dissemination procedures.
• Ability to work independently in high-tempo operational settings.

Responsibilities

• Stand watch as part of the COP-IDL Fusion Cell supporting routine and contingency operations.
• Maintain and update intelligence objects and track data within the theater COP.
• Provide cross-domain intelligence dissemination between JWICS, SIPRNet, NIPRNet, and partner systems.
• Support administration and management of RFIs, taskings, reports, and operational briefings.
• Monitor intelligence reporting and resolve conflicts between reporting elements.
• Build and maintain intelligence databases and produce operational metrics.
• Assist with read-ahead materials, meeting coordination, and program documentation.
• Support intelligence fusion efforts using OBP methodologies.
• Coordinate with analysts, engineers, and mission partners across the IC.
