Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced Intelligence Management Specialist to serve as the central operational and administrative support node for the FUSION analytical workforce at NGIC in Charlottesville, VA. The role coordinates taskings, RFIs, reports, briefings, and intelligence products, while enabling analysts to focus on mission execution and secure information flows.

The position requires TS/SCI clearance, a Master's or equivalent, 12 years of related experience, and on-site work from Day 1,

Qualifications

• Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility at hire.
• On-site work at NGIC in Charlottesville, VA from Day 1.
• 12+ years of relevant intelligence or mission support experience.
• Experience handling RFIs, taskings, reports, and briefings.
• Experience with AI-enabled productivity and information-management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and track taskings, RFIs, reports, and briefings end-to-end.
• Coordinate executive-level meetings, read-ahead packages, and official functions.
• Provide secure cross-domain transfer and intelligence dissemination support.
• Apply AI-enabled tools to improve workflow tracking and information management.
• Validate AI outputs for accuracy, classification, and sourcing.
