Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking a Senior Intelligence Exploitation Analyst to provide analytical and planning support for screening, exploitation, and HUMINT missions at Fort Liberty, NC. This full-time role requires extensive all-source analysis, briefing leadership, and coordinating intelligence products.

The candidate should have six+ years in intelligence exploitation, including years with USSOCOM SOF or national agencies, TS/SCI clearance, and strong knowledge of

• Minimum of six (6) years of intelligence exploitation analyst experience at the full performance level, with 3 or more years working for or with USSOCOM SOF or national level intelligence agencies, such as NSA, CIA, or DIA
• Superior proficiency, knowledge, understanding, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends
• Proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and intelligence related automation to support Intelligence
• Strong briefing skills and capable of effectively directing subordinate analysts in the accomplishment of intelligence products and assessments
• Advance working knowledge of screening, exploitation, and detainee operations and other HUMINT missions including methodologies and systems
• Active DoD Top Secret/SCI

Skills and attributes for success:

• Interface with intelligence organizations, IA, and other DoD organizations to fully prepare teams
• Prepare analytical products and assessments supporting targeting efforts, source development, and threat analysis
