Job summary

RenXTech is seeking a qualified professional in Tysons Corner, VA for a full-time role serving top US government customers. The successful candidate will respond to inquiries from IC partners, brief senior management, and coordinate official communications across Watchlist and related programs.

The position requires U.S. citizenship, an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and strong writing, briefing, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Knowledge and experience with the IC (and specifically our customer).
• Excellent writing, verbal, and briefing skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with senior USG and IC managers.
• Demonstrated ability to respond to inquiries via email clearly and professionally.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on projects and within a team.
• Demonstrated ability to balance multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Willing to alter hours and weekends as mandated by the team lead / USG; travel on short notice possible.
• Cable writing experience required.

• Monitor queues for Outreach Team action
• Coordinate formal communication related to various issues
• Brief senior customer management and IC partners
• Interact with the IC WL community at working groups and briefings

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on projects and work cohesively within a team
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill multiple tasks, balance competing priorities, and work well under pressure
• Ability to work core hours and also be flexible in attending meetings / briefings and perform other duties as needed outside of core hours (serving on rotational basis as the after-hours duty officer for imminent threat/travel related events, and staying until at least 4PM during duty officer week)
• Willing to alter hours during the week and possible weekends as mandated by the team lead / USG during times of high threat events and increases in volume of threat related events, as needed
• Willing to attend meetings at multiple locations in the WDC area on short notice and travel to other locations, as needed
• At least one year working on Watchlist teams or commensurate previous experience
• Cable writing experience required

Target Salary Range

$65K – $105K
