Job summary

Keystone Human Services in Enola, PA seeks a full-time Program Specialist to lead and support staff and individuals served within assigned programs. You will coordinate, develop, and implement assessments, Individual Support Plans, and education and skill development for individuals and the support team.

Requires a Bachelor's degree with related experience; PA Behavior Specialist License preferred; valid driver's license and required clearances; competitive benefits and extensive training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years direct work with intellectual disabilities or autism.
• Master’s degree or higher with 1 year direct experience.
• Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License.
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to staff within assigned programs.
• Coordinate, develop, and implement Individual Assessments.
• Develop and implement Individual Support Plans (ISPs).
• Deliver education and skill development for individuals and the support team.

Education

Bachelor’s degree + 2 years direct experience with intellectual disabilities or autism

The Program Specialist provides leadership and support to employees and individuals served within assigned programs.
