Job summary

Keystone Human Services in Mechanicsburg, PA is seeking a full-time Program Specialist to lead and support teams serving individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism. You will coordinate assessments, develop Individual Support Plans, and oversee education and skill development for individuals and the support team.

Minimum education includes a relevant degree with experience, or a Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License; strong communication and computer skills, a valid driver’s license,

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate both orally and in writing.
• Intermediate computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook and learn web systems.
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured vehicle.
• Successful completion of pre-employment checks.

The Program Specialist provides leadership and support to employees and individuals served within assigned programs.
