Keystone Human Services is seeking a full-time Program Specialist to lead and support staff and individuals served within assigned programs. This role includes coordinating, developing, and implementing assessments, Individual Support Plans, and education and skill development for individuals and the support team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years' relevant experience.
• Master's degree or higher with 1 year relevant experience.
• Pennsylvania Behavior Specialist License.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook; able to learn web-based systems.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• Successful completion of pre-employment clearances (Criminal History, MVR, Child Abuse, FBI).
• Supervisory experience preferred.
