Job summary

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is seeking a Collective Training Branch Lead/Intel Trainer to support a Fort Polk, LA program. The role requires SME-level expertise in IWfF with experience integrating DCGS-A, AIDP, and MSS into training events.

The candidate should have 7–10 years of military intelligence staff experience, a TS clearance eligibility, and Army CGSC/ILE or equivalent schooling. The position emphasizes design and execution of unit-level collective training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; subject immaterial.
• Graduate of the Army CGSC or ILE or equivalent level military schooling.
• Minimum of 7-10 years military staff intelligence experience; Brigade S2/Division/Corp G2/ACE Chief roles.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the Collective Training Branch.
• Integrates DCGS-A, AIDP, and MSS into training events.
• Develops the Exercise Control plan for simulation-supported events.
• Plans, coordinates, and executes unit collective training from squad to corps levels.
• Maintains a comprehensive repository of TTPs.
