Job summary

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is seeking a Collective Training Branch Lead/Intel Trainer to support Fort Polk, LA. The role requires SME-level expertise in the IWfF and experience with DCGS-A, AIDP, and MSS. TS-eligible candidates preferred.

The ideal candidate will lead training events, design exercise control plans, and ensure alignment with Army doctrine and mission command training standards. A 7–10 year background in intelligence and staff roles is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Army CGSC/ILE or equivalent schooling preferred.
• 7–10 years of military staff intelligence experience.
• Top secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS.
• Experience as Brigade S2/Division/ ACE Chief or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the Collective Training Branch.
• Integrates DCGS-A, AIDP, and MSS into training events.
• Develops the Exercise Control plan for simulation-based events.
• Plans using TC 7-101 Exercise Design and JELC.
• Develops training solutions for Army Mission Command Training.
• Maintains modern knowledge of doctrinal and tactical training methods.
