Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a part-time Intel Assisted Sales Promoter to support customers at a Hartford-area Best Buy location. The role focuses on recommending Intel products, delivering engaging, informative shopping experiences, and training store personnel on Intel technologies.

You'll work weekends (Friday–Sunday) with a competitive hourly rate, paid training, apparel provided, and a $30/month cell-phone reimbursement. DailyPay is available for on-demand pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of 6 months' experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred.
• An interest in PC and Gaming products is a plus.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• I am available to work weekends, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships and rapport with Best Buy customers and personnel.
• Provide training to store associates on various Intel products and technologies.
• Identify customers’ needs and recommend appropriate Intel computer products and services.
• Proactively engage customers throughout the sales process, from greeting and discovering their needs to closing the sale; utilizing Best Buy POS to transact non-cash sales.
• Track and increase Intel Retail Edge sign-up and engagement.
• Complete same-day online reports to document visits, including providing feedback and observations, and submitting customer and store photos.
• Maintain business communication with the Regional Manager via occasional phone calls, Teams meetings, and/or emails.
• Consistent Weekend Visits: The schedule is primarily Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts; Additional shifts may be required (e.g., Holiday Selling Days).
