Job Description:

Parsons is seeking a talented Senior Intel Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical intelligence analysis support for ongoing and ad hoc initiatives created by analytical units to address identified gaps and threats.

* This position is located on-site in Vienna, Virginia.

What You'll Be Doing:
  1. Serve as a resource on all aspects of terrorist watchlisting nominations, focusing on review, approval, quality assurance (QA), and data integrity for electronic systems, performing complex analytical functions in compliance with laws, EOs, directives, and policies.
  2. Manage all customer-related watchlisting matters.
  3. Ensure operational coverage for critical areas to meet 24/7/365 requirements and priorities set by leadership.
  4. Focus on identity resolution, review, data integrity, and inclusion of information into electronic systems related to terrorist watchlist encounters.
  5. Create and document activities in accordance with policies and procedures.
  6. Develop knowledge of the customer’s structure, missions, policies, and programs to assess the impact of findings and recommendations.
  7. Understand customer program goals, milestones, and evaluation methods.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph.
  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods for assessing and improving program effectiveness and management processes.
  • Mastery of research, survey methodology, and analysis techniques.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of applicable national security laws, executive orders, directives, policies, and regulations.
Minimum Clearance Required to Start:

Top Secret SCI with Polygraph.
