Overview

GovCIO is currently hiring a PowerBI Analyst (Senior) to ensure smooth operations of core software and infrastructures for data warehousing (DW) and business intelligence (BI) environments. This position involves installing, configuring, and optimizing software for DW and BI systems, including BI and ETL and data management software. This position is fully remote, located in the United States.

Please note: The contract has been awarded; however, this position remains unfunded and is contingent upon funding release.

Responsibilities

• Generate ad-hoc Power BI reports.
• Monitor BI activity, sustain Power BI reports, and manage licensing.
• Support Power BI user community by resolving tickets and addressing requests.
• Lead Power BI training, including instructor-led class development and delivery.
• Ensure smooth operations of DW/BI software through continuous monitoring and patching.
• Support user administration for role-based security following enterprise guidelines.
• Perform upgrades as needed to incorporate new features, security, and support.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience or equivalent.

Preferred Skills and Experience: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, project management tools, and relevant certifications.

Clearance Required: Ability to obtain and maintain a suitability/Public Trust clearance.

Pay Range

The posted pay range reflects the expected starting range, but actual pay may vary based on multiple factors. Total compensation may include other elements discussed during hiring. Hires are at-will, and salary and benefits are subject to change.

Salary Range: USD $130,000 - USD $155,000 per year.
