Job Description

CACI is seeking an All-Source Analyst who will perform Technical analysis and assist in the collection and dissemination of information to U.S. and coalition forces, on a need-to-know basis, concerning target device TTPs, technology, and safe handling procedures. This position will support the C5ISR Center at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  1. Conduct all-source analyses and assist in the collection and dissemination of information to U.S. and coalition forces, on a need-to-know basis, concerning target device TTPs, technology, and safe handling procedures.
  2. Produce finished exploitation reports combining multiple forensics disciplines to support DOD exploitation efforts.
  3. Demonstrate ability to exploit various intelligence disciplines (e.g., TECHSIGINT, SIGINT/CYBER, MASINT) from all levels of classified information to support exploitation efforts and enable threat network targeting.
  4. Conduct technical analysis and exploitation of Unmanned Systems, IEDs, and other improvised weapons systems incidents to determine technical profiles.
  5. Assist in the collection and dissemination of information to U.S. and coalition forces, on a need-to-know basis, concerning target device TTPs, technology, and safe handling procedures.
  6. Demonstrate ability to exploit various intelligence disciplines from all levels of classified information.
  7. Travel CONUS and OCONUS (including possible conflict areas) on short notice to support theater-level exploitation efforts.
  8. Deploy and perform duties independently, including in austere environments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Military intelligence MOS background (e.g., 35F) with formal training/school.
  • Experience with all-source intelligence analysis and reporting.
  • BA/BS or associate’s degree plus 3 years of experience, or 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with C-UAS and/or C-IED analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to conduct Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI) assessments on battlefield recoveries and COTS items.
  • Experience analyzing commercial technology devices (e.g., RCIED, UAS) and briefing these devices technically.
  • Ability to provide indications, warning, and trend analysis data on target devices and TTPs.
  • Research databases to support exploitation reports.
  • Monitor and analyze strategic and operational intelligence information.
  • Prepare threat assessments supporting military and intelligence leaders.
  • Present, discuss, and defend assessments to various audiences.
  • Develop and maintain analytical policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of current events in targeting, customs, assessment, and pattern analysis.
  • Produce specialized analytical products.
  • Search and assess media sources for intelligence impacts.
  • Proficient in MS Office and intelligence automation tools.
  • Strong research, analytical, writing, and briefing skills.
  • Ability to operate remotely as part of an analytical team.
  • Experience supporting issues within CENTCOM or other COCOMs.
  • Experience analyzing commercial technology devices (e.g., RCIED, UAS).

Desired Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ICD 203 standards or prior IC experience.
  • Basic understanding of electronic circuits or ability to collaborate with engineers.
  • Experience with WEAT, WTI Exploitation, and related databases.

The proposed salary range for this position is: $68,400 - $143,700 USD.
