WTI Analyst – CITT Technical Analyst

Position Overview

CACI is seeking an All-Source Analyst who will perform Technical analysis and assist in the collection and dissemination of information to U.S. and coalition forces, on a need-to-know basis, concerning target device TTPs, technology, and safe handling procedures. This position will support the C5ISR Center at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.

What You’ll Get to Do:
  1. Conduct all-source analyses and assist in the collection and dissemination of information to U.S. and coalition forces concerning target device TTPs, technology, and safe handling procedures.
  2. Produce finished exploitation reports combining multiple forensics disciplines to support DOD exploitation efforts.
  3. Demonstrate ability to exploit various intelligence disciplines (e.g., TECHSIGINT, SIGINT/CYBER, MASINT) from all levels of classified information to support exploitation efforts and enable threat network targeting.
  4. Conduct technical analysis and exploitation of Unmanned Systems, IEDs, and other improvised weapons systems incidents to determine technical profiles.
  5. Assist in the collection and dissemination of information concerning target device TTPs, technology, and safe handling procedures.
  6. Demonstrate ability to exploit various intelligence disciplines from all levels of classified information.
  7. Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS (including possible conflict areas) on short notice to support theater level exploitation efforts.
  8. Perform all functional duties remotely and independently.
Required Qualifications:
  1. Active TS/SCI clearance.
  2. All-Source Military intelligence MOS background with formal military intelligence training (e.g., 35F).
  3. Ability to conduct Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI) assessments on battlefield recoveries and COTS items to provide technology assessments.
  4. Experience with all-source intelligence analytical production and reporting.
  5. BA/BS or Associates degree plus 3 years of experience, or 6 years of relevant experience.
  6. Experience with C-UAS and/or C-IED analysis and reporting.
  7. Experience in analyzing commercial technology devices (specifically RCIED and UAS) with technical proficiency.
  8. Ability to provide Indications and Warning and trend analysis data on target devices and TTPs.
  9. Knowledge of current CBT TTPs and commercial technologies for intelligence fusion.
  10. Experience researching databases for use in fused intelligence products.
  11. Ability to monitor and analyze strategic and operational intelligence information.
  12. Proficiency in MS Office and intelligence automation tools.
  13. Strong research, analytical, writing, and briefing skills.
  14. Ability to operate remotely as part of an analytical team supporting CJOA requirements.
  15. Experience supporting intelligence issues within the CENTCOM AOR or other COCOMs.
Desired Qualifications:
  1. Familiarity with ICD 203 standards or prior experience within the IC.
  2. Experience conducting Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB).
  3. Experience with WTI Exploitation and Analysis tools and lexicons.
  4. Understanding of electrical engineering or ability to collaborate with electrical engineers.

Pay Range

The salary range for this position is $68,400 - $143,700 USD, influenced by various factors including location, experience, skills, and education. We offer comprehensive benefits including healthcare, wellness, financial, retirement, family support, education, and time off. Learn more here.
