CACI is seeking an EOD Analyst to perform Technical analysis and assist in the collection, exploitation, and dissemination of information to U.S. and coalition forces, concerning target device TTPs, technology, and exploitation procedures. This position supports the C5ISR Center at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.

What You’ll Get to Do:
  1. Perform Weapons Technical Information (WTI) analysis via multiple means (photo, x-ray, intelligence reporting, physical inspection) of recovered collectible exploitable materiel (CEM) to support DoD efforts.
  2. Analyze CEM to identify critical components for exploitation, R&D, and tactical value, including components of IEDs.
  3. Conduct WTI and technical analysis of historical, current, and emerging threats such as Unmanned Systems, IEDs, and improvised weapons to identify emerging threats and technologies.
  4. Assist in the collection and dissemination of target device TTPs, technology, and exploitation procedures to U.S. and coalition forces.
  5. Demonstrate ability to exploit various intelligence disciplines from all levels of classified information.
  6. Travel CONUS and OCONUS, including conflict areas, on short notice.
  7. Perform duties independently.
Required Qualifications:
  1. Current and Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
  2. Military Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) background with formal training.
  3. BA/BS with 7 years of experience or Associates degree with 9 years of experience.
  4. Knowledge of and ability to analyze the latest commercial and emerging technologies used by adversaries.
  5. Ability to identify trends in target devices and TTPs.
  6. Device profiling and signature identification skills in recovered IED evidence.
  7. Experience with Explosive Ordnance Disposal radiographic imaging and X-ray interpretation.
  8. Research skills in unclassified and classified databases.
  9. Ability to monitor and analyze intelligence information.
  10. Experience supporting technical reports, briefings, and assessments for the Intelligence Community and current operations.
  11. Strong research, analytical, writing, and briefing skills.
  12. Ability to operate remotely and as part of a team.
  13. Experience supporting issues within CENTCOM, AFRICOM, or other COCOMs.
Desired Qualifications:
  1. Experience in a theater-level exploitation laboratory.
  2. Experience analyzing commercial technology devices, especially RCIEDs and UxS.
  3. Knowledge of Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (IPB) and current CBT TTPs.
  4. Experience working with engineering or technical partners on joint products.
  5. Experience with SOFEX, WTI Exploitation and Analysis Tool (WEAT), WTI IED Lexicon, and device profile guides.

Pay Range:

Salary varies based on location, experience, skills, education, and certifications. The proposed range is $68,400 - $143,700 USD. We offer comprehensive benefits including healthcare, wellness, retirement, family support, education, and time off. Learn more here.
