Job summary

Meta is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the Integrity Product Program Management team. You will drive cross-functional programs, manage risk, and build scalable processes to protect users and uphold integrity at scale across Meta platforms.

You will partner with leadership and diverse teams to audit problem spaces, develop playbooks, and accelerate delivery while maintaining rigorous risk controls. Strong communication and analytical skills are required for success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in program or project management supporting product development.
• Integrity experience in user safety, trust and safety, product inception, or scalability.
• Experience with product development methodologies, including agile and product execution.
• Experience evaluating data to understand trends and support decision making.
• Experience driving alignment amongst a wide stakeholder base, including leadership, peers, technical, and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience identifying root causes of complex issues, developing solutions, and driving resolution across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing multiple integrity programs using agile best practices.
• Evaluate existing and future problem spaces through a comprehensive Meta lens, auditing similar problems to ensure universal solution development.
• Build playbooks and process channels to help Integrity product scale across Meta with minimal friction for partner teams.
• Drive standardized playbooks for identifying and closing gaps for integrity experiences for new products and users.
• Scale playbooks by reducing overhead and increasing speed to execute.
• Develop Meta-wide playbooks for launching integrity levers during crisis and steady state.
• Build close relationships with cross-functional teams within Meta including integrity, Family of Apps, Monetization, and Global Operations.
• Engage with cross-Meta teams ready to scale and mature capabilities on company-wide initiatives and governance.
• Demonstrate understanding of the supported Integrity product domain by conducting analyses and informing product decisions.
