Job summary

Meta in Menlo Park is seeking an Integrity Program Manager to own one or more integrity audit domains within the E&A team. You will translate regulatory obligations into testable controls and act as the primary liaison with external auditors and regulators.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years in risk, trust and safety, or compliance, plus experience shaping risk frameworks, using data analysis, and communicating findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management, trust and safety, or compliance within complex environments.
• Ability to translate regulatory obligations into actionable controls and tests.
• Proven track record in communicating risk findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Skilled in managing multiple workstreams and prioritizing by impact and urgency.
• Familiarity with AI tools to improve risk assessment and program efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own one or more integrity audit subject areas within E&A.
• Translate regulatory obligations into testable controls and prepare control owners for audits.
• Serve as the primary liaison to external auditors, regulators, and independent assessors.
• Bridge E&A with Legal, Policy, Data Science, and Regulatory Offices to align risk reviews.
