Job summary

Marathon Petroleum Company LP in Canonsburg, PA seeks a Facilities Mechanical Integrity Engineer to manage inspection programs for NG&NGL and oversee fixed equipment integrity across plants and compression stations. You will lead RBI risk assessments, KPI tracking, and outage support, coordinating field inspections and contractor deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Experience with MI programs and API standards (510/570/653) is preferred.
  • Ability to develop RBI protocols and monitor KPIs for equipment
  • Experience scheduling inspections and coordinating contractors
  • Knowledge of outage coordination and MOC processes
  • Valid Driver's License required

Responsibilities

  • Manage MPC's Mechanical Integrity program for NG&NGL assets.
  • Schedule field inspections and review contractor deliverables for quality and timeliness.
  • Develop and monitor RBI protocols and KPIs to drive risk mitigation.
  • Support outages, outages tracking, and incident reviews with operations teams.
  • Prepare reports, guidance documents, and participate in audits of the MI program.
