Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and accurately diagnose mental health conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor treatment response.
• Provide integrative psychiatric care, incorporating psychotherapy, lifestyle approaches, and interventional treatments as clinically appropriate.
• Guide patients and their families through understanding their mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
• Ensure all patient information is meticulously documented to support ongoing care and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with therapists and other clinicians to coordinate patient care.
• Evaluate and treat patients who may benefit from Deep TMS or Spravato® when appropriate.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in clinical consultation and ongoing professional development.
