Job summary

Deep Centered Mental Health in Dallas is growing its outpatient psychiatry practice and seeks a psychiatrist who values an integrative approach to care within a supportive, collaborative environment.

The role offers flexible full- or part-time work, access to Deep TMS and Spravato for appropriate patients, 60-minute evaluations, and a large in-house therapy network. No nights, weekends, or call, with strong admin support.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution; board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry.
• Active Texas medical license or ability to obtain; active DEA license.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and ongoing learning.
• Experience with TMS is required or certification provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and accurately diagnose conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor treatment response.
• Evaluate and treat patients incorporating psychotherapy, lifestyle approaches, and interventional treatments as clinically appropriate.
• Guide patients and families through understanding their mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
• Ensure all patient information is meticulously documented to support ongoing care and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with therapists and other clinicians to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in clinical consultation and ongoing professional development.
