Deep Centered Mental Health in Dallas is expanding its outpatient psychiatry practice and seeks a psychiatrist who values an integrative, patient-centered approach. You will lead within a supportive, collaborative clinical environment, with longer appointment times and reduced administrative burden.

The role offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules, access to Deep TMS and Spravato, 60-minute evaluations, a 220+ therapist network, and uncapped earning potential with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Board-certified in Psychiatry or board eligible.
• Licensed or eligible for Texas license with DEA.
• TMS experience required. Certification provided.
• Excellent communicator with a collaborative approach.
• Comfortable with EMR systems and videoconferencing tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and diagnose mental health conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor treatment response.
• Incorporate psychotherapy, lifestyle approaches, and interventional treatments as appropriate.
• Guide patients and families through understanding mental health conditions and options.
• Ensure meticulous documentation to support ongoing care and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with therapists and clinicians to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.
