Job summary

Baptist Health Medical Group (BHMG) seeks an Integrative Oncology Physician to join the Herbert Wertheim Cancer Institute in South Florida. The role focuses on evidence-informed, whole-person care for cancer patients and collaborates with medical, surgical, radiation oncology, nutrition, behavioral health, and survivorship services.

Per the program, candidates should be Board Certified/Eligible in ABOIM; ABFM/ABIM strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Integrative Medicine (ABOIM).
• Licensure in good standing or eligible for Florida licensure.
• Fellowship in Integrative Medicine preferred; residency in Family or Internal Medicine.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient integrative oncology care using evidence-informed approaches.
• Collaborate with medical, surgical, radiation oncology and supportive care teams.
• Educate patients and clinicians on integrative and lifestyle care strategies.
• Participate in clinical trials, quality improvement and scholarly activities.
