Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide follow-up care for established functional/integrative medicine patients.
• Manage hormone replacement therapy and preventive medicine.
• Educate patients on treatment options, risks, and expectations.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Cerbo EMR.
