• Preferred: experience in Functional or Integrative Medicine
• Experience with hormone replacement therapy (HRT)
• Experience with peptide therapy and medical weight management
• Experience with electronic medical records (eClinicalWorks)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients within the scope of licensure.
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing Functional and Integrative Medicine principles.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic test results.
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with clinic protocols.
• Administer IV vitamin infusions, injections, and other wellness therapies.
• PRP and regenerative treatments (preferred)
• Provide hormone replacement therapy (HRT) evaluations and ongoing management.
• Educate patients regarding wellness, disease prevention, nutrition, weight management, etc.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Collaborate effectively with supervising physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical protocols, infection control standards, HIPAA regulations, and state and federal guidelines.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete patient documentation.

Role Description: Happy Health & Wellness is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team in Scranton, Pennsylvania. This provider will deliver comprehensive patient care with a primary focus on Functional and Integrative Medicine. The ideal candidate is passionate about preventive medicine, hormone optimization, IV therapy, regenerative wellness, and helping patients achieve optimal health goals through evidence-based care.

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 a year with Health insurance, Retirement plan, Paid time off, Employee discounts, Vision insurance, Dental insurance, & Paid holidays

Full-time: Day shift, Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Scranton, Pennsylvania 18508
