Job summary

Carefeed, Inc. is seeking a Support Engineer to bridge engineering, product, and client experience teams. You will investigate and fix client issues, design tools to prevent future problems, and advocate for clients across the company.

The role splits time between resolving issues and building automation in our Integrations engineering team. A strong communicator with experience in PHP/Typescript helps accelerate future implementations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a technical support, client success or software development role.
• Experience in startup or healthcare environments is a plus.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent client service and handling challenging situations professionally.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working in SaaS or enterprise software environments.

Responsibilities

• Solve client issues as escalation support for the client experience team.
• Design and implement tools and fixes to detect and prevent issues.
• Assist in onboarding and offboarding clients and automate technical setup.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clients and Carefeed team to understand requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights to strengthen processes and systems.
