Job description

We are seeking an experienced Integrations Developer to design, build, and maintain integrations across enterprise systems, SaaS platforms, and internal services. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure, PowerShell, SQL, and ERP integrations, and will collaborate closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure reliable, efficient, and secure data flows.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support integrations between enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, and internal services using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration methods.
• Assist with deployment, system enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise applications.
• Support creation and maintenance of standard reports, and participate in testing activities including pre-implementation validation.
• Conduct code reviews and adhere to established development standards and best practices.
• Evaluate existing integration patterns and recommend improvements for efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
• Support implementations of off-the-shelf systems that require both configuration and custom development.
• Partner with subject matter experts to translate business needs into system configurations and integration designs.
• Produce and maintain documentation for processes, system configurations, and project deliverables.
• Provide multi-site production support, troubleshoot integration/data flow issues, and resolve system-related incidents.
• Communicate effectively with IT teams and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Hands‑on experience with PowerShell, SQL, VBS, .NET, and integration methods using REST/SOAP services.
• Strong experience with Azure, including Azure Data Factory.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting on Windows VM servers, including Task Scheduler automation.
• Experience with OData queries, relational databases, and data export/manipulation tasks.
• Experience managing and automating tasks involving Active Directory accounts.
• Ability to work with APIs end‑to‑end: authentication, payload creation, JSON response parsing, and pagination.
• Knowledge of web services, XML, XSLT, and integration technologies.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to research and resolve issues independently.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in higher education or government environments.
• Proven track record of successfully integrating systems with relational databases and SaaS platforms.
• Strong documentation skills and adherence to best practices for development and support.
