Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Integration / Workflow Analyst to analyze, document, design, and support cross-functional workflows that connect ERP, MES, PLM, CMMS, LMS, and reporting platforms across manufacturing and operations. You will bridge Manufacturing, Training, Logistics, Facilities, Maintenance, and Engineering to ensure cohesive, scalable workflows.

You will lead discovery sessions, map current and future processes, and partner with Systems Analysts and stakeholders to optimize data

Qualifications

3-7+ years of workflow/ BPM experience in enterprise settings.
Experience with cross-functional workflow design and system integrations.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Position Summary

The DSI - Integration / Workflow Analyst is responsible for analyzing, documenting, designing, and supporting cross-functional business workflows that connect operational processes and enterprise systems.

This role serves as a critical link between Manufacturing, Training, Warehouse Operations, Facilities Operations, Maintenance Operations, Engineering stakeholders, and the Digital Systems Integration organization to ensure business processes are effectively integrated across ERP, MES, PLM, CMMS, LMS, reporting platforms, and operational workflows.

Working under the direction of the Operations Manager – Digital Systems Integration, the Integration / Workflow Analyst focuses on understanding how information, materials, approvals, transactions, and processes move throughout the organization and translating those activities into efficient, scalable, and connected workflows.

The position plays a critical role in supporting the stand-up of digital operating model by ensuring business processes are fully understood, documented, streamlined, and enabled through integrated systems architecture.

Lead workflow discovery sessions with business stakeholders.

Develop detailed workflow maps and process documentation supporting operational execution and systems implementation.

Help identify opportunities to leverage native system capabilities and streamline cross-platform interactions.

Support development of manufacturing workflows related to Assembly and Fabrication activation.

Document processes including:

Production order execution
Work instruction flows
Quality checkpoints
Operator transactions
Material movement
Traceability requirements

Support validation of manufacturing workflows before operational activation.

Assist with continuous refinement of workflows as production matures.

Help establish the operational and digital foundations required for facility launch.

Required Qualifications

3-7+ years of experience in workflow analysis, business process analysis, systems implementation, process improvement, operations analysis, or digital transformation initiatives.
Experience supporting enterprise business systems, manufacturing operations, supply chain operations, industrial environments, or operational transformation programs.
Strong understanding of:

Experience documenting complex operational processes and cross-functional workflows.
