Insight Global is seeking a Data & Reporting Analyst to develop and administer operational reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics across manufacturing, training, warehouse, facilities, and maintenance operations.
You will transform complex data into actionable insights, support KPI/SLA/OKR reporting, and partner with program leadership to drive data governance, accuracy, and continuous improvement throughout the Digital Systems Integration organization.
The DSI – Data & Reporting Analyst is responsible for the development, administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of operational reporting, analytics, dashboards, and performance measurement solutions.
This role serves as the primary reporting and analytics resource within the Digital Systems Integration organization, responsible for transforming operational data into meaningful business insights that support decision-making across Manufacturing, Training, Warehouse Operations, Facilities Operations, Maintenance Operations, and Program Leadership.
Working under the direction of the Operations Manager – Digital Systems Integration, the Data & Reporting Analyst establishes and maintains the program's reporting framework, supports KPI/SLA/OKR performance management, and enables data-driven governance through the development and administration of dashboards, scorecards, executive reports, and analytics solutions.
The position plays a critical role in creating a centralized source of truth for operational performance while supporting the transition from program mobilization through operational ramp and long-term optimization.
Design, develop, deploy, and maintain reporting solutions that support operational visibility across all workstreams.
Support reporting related to:
Ensure reporting solutions provide timely, accurate, and actionable information.
Develop and administer operational dashboards supporting various stakeholder groups.
Create and maintain:
Ensure dashboards remain intuitive, reliable, and aligned with business requirements.
Support administration of program performance measurement frameworks.
Monitor and report on:
Validate reporting methodologies and ensure consistent application of metric definitions across all modules.
Partner with leadership teams to refine measurement frameworks as operational maturity increases.
Support collection, validation, and consolidation of information from multiple business systems.
Coordinate reporting from:
Ensure reporting data is accurate, complete, and appropriately reconciled across systems.
Support the establishment and enforcement of data governance standards.
Assist with:
Identify data integrity issues and coordinate corrective actions with system owners and operational stakeholders.
Develop concise, executive-level reporting materials that communicate program performance, risks, and opportunities.
Prepare:
Transform complex operational data into clear and actionable business insights.
Support reporting and analytics efforts focused on Assembly and Fabrication operations.
Develop reporting related to:
Support analysis of Assembly launch performance and ongoing production optimization initiatives.
Partner with Recruiting and Training organizations to provide visibility into workforce readiness.
Support reporting related to:
Provide insights that support production staffing decisions and operational planning.
Develop reporting supporting operational support organizations.
Monitor and report on:
Ensure support organizations maintain visibility into operational performance and service delivery.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency through automation and standardization.
Support:
Continuously improve reporting processes to increase accuracy, consistency, and usability.
Partner with:
Gather reporting requirements and ensure analytical solutions meet business needs.
Act as a trusted resource for operational performance analysis and reporting strategy.
Support execution of program governance activities.
Maintain:
Support governance reviews and operational performance meetings.
Support:
Establish the reporting infrastructure required to support operational launch.
Support:
Provide timely operational visibility during critical startup activities.
