Job summary

L3Harris is offering a DoD SkillBridge internship for an in‑house Sr. Associate, Integration/Test Engineer in Greenville, TX. The role supports the integration, test, calibration, and readiness of complex ground and airborne electronic systems across multiple COMINT/SIGINT platforms.

You will conduct subsystem checks, configure LRUs, execute test plans, and troubleshoot discrepancies to help bridge military service to civilian engineering careers.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. military member with <=180 days to separation and >=180 days of active service.
• Experience with ground/airborne electronic systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct subsystem pre-operational checks per approved engineering documentation.
• Configure LRUs and subsystem components for single-thread and multi-thread interface testing and operation.
• Execute subsystem- and system-level Ground Test Plans in support of integration, verification, and validation activities.
• Troubleshoot system and subsystem discrepancies to the component level and support timely fault isolation and resolution.
• Identify LRU failures and perform or coordinate required repair, replacement, and retest activities.
• Document hardware, software, and firmware anomalies, and recommend corrective actions through enterprise systems.
