Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is offering a DoD SkillBridge internship in Salt Lake City for an Engineering Technician B to gain hands-on experience with testing and debugging LRUs, CCAs, and components. The role reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor and supports delivery and repair of products.

You will perform electronic testing in production, troubleshoot faults, and collaborate on trends and corrective actions while using test equipment and maintaining compliance with ESD, calibration, and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 4+ years related experience, or 2-year degree with 0–2 years related experience.
• Experience with RF/digital signal testing in a production environment.
• Knowledge of basic analog, digital, and RF circuitry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform electronic testing, both manual and automated, in a production environment.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and fault isolation in a production environment.
• Assist Test Engineering on trends, root causes, and corrective actions.
• Operate test equipment (signal generators, spectrum analyzers, etc.).
• Participate in process improvement activities in both test and manufacturing.
• Adhere to policies including calibration, ESD, FOD, and housekeeping.
