Basic Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related Science or Mathematics field. Also requires 2+ years of job-related experience or a Master's degree.
Clearance Requirements: Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at the time of hire. Applicants must be U.S. citizens and eligible for a security investigation for access to classified information.
Responsibilities for this position
Developing mission-critical systems that help keep people safe. As an I&T Engineer, you’ll be part of a team responsible for building software and platforms supporting space and intelligence missions. The role involves designing, building, testing, deploying, and improving software services, working with agile teams, developing QA/test approaches, automating tests, and ensuring quality throughout the development life cycle.
Candidates should have experience in test methodologies, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and familiarity with cloud and container technologies. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
Additional information: This position is located in Pittsburgh, PA, requiring on-site work with a hybrid schedule permitted. The salary range is approximately USD $87,324 to $96,875 per year. The role is contingent on award and is an entry-level full-time position in engineering and IT within the defense and space manufacturing industry.
