Position: Integration Test Engineer

Location: Warren, New Jersey

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for unit level radio performance integration and verification.
• Support product development teams including firmware, software, and hardware.
• Document test procedures and results.
• Perform troubleshooting to identify root causes of performance issues and test failures.
• Drive continuous improvements of test processes.
• Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (minimum) or Master's degree (preferred) in EE/CS or related field from an accredited institution.
• Hands-on experience with RF lab equipment such as network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and high-speed oscilloscopes.
• Experience with Keysight Open RAN studio is a plus.
• Experience with power systems (48 volts) is a plus.
• Experience with Linux and Windows OS configuration.
• Understanding of wireless technologies (e.g., LTE, 5G-NR) and industry standards (e.g., 3GPP).
• Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Bitbucket.
• Experience with test execution, results collection, and report generation.
• Experience with Open RAN and synchronization solutions like PTP and SyncE.
• Knowledge of network configurations such as DHCP, VLANs, IPv4, IPv6.
• Proficiency in scripting or programming, preferably in Python and Shell.
• Knowledge of XML and RPC interfaces.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team.
