Join Our Team as an Integration Technician!

As an Integration Technician at True Rx, you'll be at the heart of seamless data integration with third-party benefit administrators, vendors, and claims processing services. 100% Remote except in-office as needed for meetings and trainings

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate both internally and externally with business partners, developers and management to ensure integration efforts are fully defined and documented.
• Collaborate with internal development team to improve file transfer efficiency
• Design, develop and implement integrations.
• Provide integration support for internal teams and integration partners
• Develop and maintain integration status reporting
• Create and maintain ETL (Extract Transform Load) programs for bulk loading database with eligibility and claim status data.
• Create and maintain alerts to trigger exception handling and processing events.
• Create automation and scheduling of processes and jobs related to eligibility and claims data.
• All other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

• Technical Expertise: You’ve got experience with Azure Data Factory, Tibco Cloud Integration, or similar data integration services.
• Healthcare Knowledge: Bonus points if you have experience with healthcare or pharmacy claims integration.
• Strong Communication Skills: Whether it's on the phone, email, or chat, you know how to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Problem-Solving Pro: You’re a master at computer logic concepts and can troubleshoot like a pro.
• Organizational Guru: You prioritize tasks and stay on top of deadlines with ease.
• Self-Starter: You’re capable of working independently and can take ownership of your tasks with minimal supervision.
