Overview

Advanced Technologies and Laboratories (ATL), a Planned Systems International (PSI) company, is hiring for an Integration Specialist II (Expeditor) in Richland, WA.

This position will support Navarro-ATL. Navarro-ATL is located in Richland, WA and operates, manages, and maintains the 222‑S Laboratory Complex for the Department of Energy. Navarro-ATL members are Navarro Research and Engineering, Inc. (Oak Ridge, TN), and Advanced Technologies and Laboratories International (Gaithersburg, MD).

Essential Functions And Job Responsibilities
  • Obtaining and reviewing work documents (e.g., Radiological Work Permits [RWPs], permits, procedures) to ensure documents are current and ready for work.
  • Delivering work packages to the FWS or SOM prior to scheduling (e.g., pre‑work review, Lockout/Tagout [LOTO] preparation).
  • Verifying material and workability status.
  • Assisting with work package closeout process.
  • Performing other administrative tasks as directed.
  • Providing work package control for ready‑to‑work packages.
  • Attend various weekly meetings as part of the rolling work week schedule process.
  • Maintain craft overtime hour tracking in conjunction with facilitating overtime requests and approvals.
  • Coordinate signage requests to ensure uniform appearance and reduce duplication due to incorrect sizing.
  • May act as a delegate for WWS.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in related field and 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, EAM software.
Compensation

Grade 16: $90,150 - $113,550. The grade level offered to the selected candidate will be based on business needs and the candidate's education, training, and/or relevant experience.
