As we expand our integration practice, we are looking for a Workato Integration Architect to join our team and lead the design and delivery of seamless, scalable automation solutions for our clients.

Role Overview

As an Integration Architect specializing in Workato, you’ll be the go-to expert for designing, building, and optimizing complex integration architectures. You’ll collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to create smart, scalable workflows that connect SaaS platforms, on-premise systems, and data sources using Workato.

This is a strategic, client-facing role requiring deep technical expertise in Workato, excellent communication skills, and a passion for automation and integration excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement robust integration solutions using Workato, aligning with client goals and business processes.
• Define and enforce integration best practices, governance models, and technical standards.
• Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand integration requirements and technical constraints.
• Design and document integration workflows, system interfaces, and data flows across applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, SAP, and custom APIs.
• Develop reusable recipes, connectors, and integration templates.
• Ensure high availability, security, and performance of integration solutions.
• Provide mentorship to integration developers and technical consultants.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively during and after deployment.
• Stay current with Workato platform updates, API changes, and automation trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems integration, with at least 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workato.
• Deep understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data formats such as REST, JSON, XML, and SQL.
• Proven experience designing and deploying enterprise-grade integration solutions.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and SaaS ecosystems.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consulting or professional services experience.
• Familiarity with other iPaaS tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier) is a plus.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.
