Job summary

Graybar is seeking an Integration Specialist to provide first and second tier support for e-business deployments and inquiries, guiding customers and internal teams on deployed solutions.

You will collaborate with eBDMs and analysts to assemble catalogues, templates and reports for third-party systems, while maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring timely task completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience required, 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• 4 year degree preferred.
• Knowledge SAP and the following e-business solutions strongly preferred: ESI Solutions, Punchout, Hosted Catalogs, SmartStock.
• Strong knowledge in Excel, Word, Access, Visio and SharePoint.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
• Ability to complete tasks timely, accurately, and document activities.
• Ability to express technical concepts in business terms.
• Ability to make sound decisions after analyzing specific needs.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

As an Integration Specialist, you will provide first or second tier support on integrations, questions and issues arising from e-business customers, E-Business Development Managers (eBDMs) and Graybar employees. You will provide guidance and support to e-business customers on e-business solutions deployed in the production system.

In This Role You Will

Shift and Hours:

Monday - Friday; 8 am to 5 pm

Compensation Details:

The expected starting rate of pay for this position is $23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
