• Minimum 1 year experience in integrations or related roles.
• 4 year degree preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP and e-business solutions (ESI Solutions, Punchout, Hosted Catalogs, SmartStock) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-tier support for eBDMs and new deployment requests.
• Provide first-tier support for e-business customers seeking assistance with deployed solutions.
• Assist eBDMs with integration of e-commerce solutions.
• Provide second-tier support for Graybar employees.
• Collaborate with E-Business Analysts during deployment to gather data for catalogs, templates and reports for third-party systems.
• Perform customer-specific third party price file support.
