Graybar in the United States is seeking a Customer Project Specialist I to join our branch project management team and serve as a proficient SAP user to ensure customer satisfaction on project orders.

• Execute accurate job lot billing to customers using the project software and process supplier invoices for payment.
• Proactively produce various reports to customers and suppliers from project software throughout the project period.

Purpose

Serve as key member of branch project management team and proficient user of SAP to ensure customer satisfaction, taking a proactive approach to servicing Company customers on project orders.

Responsibilities

• Perform order entry of job lot orders, including order acknowledgements to customers.

Requirements

Minimum Job Requirements

• No experience required: Entry level position
• High school diploma or GED required

Preferred Job Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience preferred: Some customer service experience in a related electrical industry preferred
• Four-year degree preferred

Knowledge

• Knowledge of the Company's products and services
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Knowledge of SAP

Compensation Details

The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $23.00 per hour depending on experience.
