Job summary

Paperless Parts is seeking a Service Engineer focused on integrations to design, develop, and deploy connections between our platform and customers' ERP/CRM/MES systems. You will lead discovery, gather requirements, and drive successful integration implementations.

You will work as a subject-matter expert, partnering with customers to ensure data flows, automation, and insights improve operations. Travel up to 25% is anticipated as projects span multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading the technical delivery of customer software integration projects.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Python, SQL, REST APIs, web services and modern integration architectures.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of customer integration projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget deployments.
• Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Paperless Parts and ERP/CRM/MES and other systems.
• Gather business/technical requirements, facilitate testing, and provide ongoing production support.
• Expand reusable integration capabilities and contribute to scalable delivery practices.
• Mentor team members and participate in DEI initiatives within the Services Engineering group.
