Qualifications

• Enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field
• Sophomore level or above pursuing undergraduate or graduate degree
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in software quality assurance, testing, and software development
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with an Agile software development team to support testing and quality assurance efforts
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated regression tests to improve software quality and release readiness
• Validate software releases through testing, verification, and defect identification activities
• Assist with creating, executing, and documenting test cases and test results
• Identify, document, and track software defects while working with development teams to support resolution efforts
• Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence for issue tracking, documentation, and team collaboration
• Participate in software release and integration testing activities
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for QA processes, testing methodologies, and automation frameworks
• Communicate testing results, findings, and recommendations to team members and stakeholders
• Gain hands-on experience working with enterprise software systems in a collaborative team environment
