Integration Program Manager opportunity focused on leading a large, complex, multi-year healthcare integration initiative. This role requires strong Facets expertise along with a proven track record delivering enterprise-level healthcare payer integrations. The right candidate must be able to oversee matrixed work streams and act as a trusted partner to senior executives.

Key responsibilities include:

Serving as the single point of accountability for integration-related workstreams.

Driving execution of the integration framework, ensuring progress and alignment with strategic objectives.

Partnering with executives and functional leaders in a two-in-a-box model to guide operational and government program integration.

Overseeing governance, risk management, and issue resolution to meet target milestones toward full integration by 2027.

This is a highly visible and strategic role, ideal for someone with Facets experience, healthcare payer systems knowledge, and executive-level stakeholder management expertise.

• Can you share your experience leading large, complex, multi-year healthcare payer integrations, and how you ensured alignment with overall business strategy?
