System One seeks an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead FACETS platform workstreams for large-scale claims system consolidation. You will coordinate engineering, QA, data, infrastructure, and security to plan, test, and deploy integrated releases.
The ideal candidate brings enterprise delivery leadership, strong SDLC knowledge, and healthcare payer experience, with FACETS exposure preferred and a track record delivering complex programs in a hybrid on-site/remote setting.

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager / Technical Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of FACETS platform workstreams supporting large-scale claims system consolidation initiatives. This role will be responsible for coordinating multiple technical teams across engineering, QA, data, infrastructure, and security functions to ensure successful planning, execution, testing, and deployment of integrated releases.
The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise delivery leadership experience, deep knowledge of software development and release management processes, and prior exposure to healthcare payer systems. Experience with FACETS implementations and complex integration programs is highly preferred.
