Job summary

IVIRMA is seeking an Integration Manager (Operations) to lead the seamless onboarding and integration of acquired practices across the North America network. You will align clinical and cultural standards while coordinating with Clinical Operations, Facilities, HR, Finance, Procurement, and IT to minimize disruption and enable sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical operations management, or operations-focused M&A integration roles in multi-site healthcare settings.
• Demonstrated experience managing operational integration across workflows, staffing models, facility management, and supply chain consolidation.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to build operational playbooks, integration trackers, and performance dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the operational integration playbook for each acquired clinic, covering clinical operations standardization, workflow optimization, facility transition, staffing model alignment, supply chain transition, and vendor consolidation.
• Build and maintain 30/60/90-day integration plans with milestones for workflow adoption, staffing transitions, facility readiness, vendor onboarding, and metric alignment.
• Coordinate integration workstreams with Clinical Operations, Facilities, HR, Finance, Procurement, and IT to ensure synchronized execution during transition periods.
• Track progress against plan and escalate workflow gaps, facility issues, staffing challenges, supply chain disruptions, or operational risks to leadership.
