Job summary

Lazard Asset Management is seeking an Integration Lead in New York to coordinate cross-functional data integration across Investments, Client Advisory, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and Operations. You will own the end-to-end integration of client data into Lazard Wealth's core tools, including Addepar and Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and governance.

The role requires leading onboarding for existing and new clients, developing a build-vs-buy framework, and delivering leadership-ready status

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary integration liaison across Investments, Client Advisors, Compliance, Legal, Technology, and Operations, ensuring aligned communication.
• Chair cross-functional sessions to track milestones, surface interdependencies, and resolve competing priorities.
• Maintain a stakeholder map identifying decision-makers, SMEs, and escalation contacts for rapid issue resolution.
• Manage the data integration component of firm acquisitions and onboarding of client data into Lazard tech ecosystem.
• Own end-to-end integration of all client data into Lazard Wealth tools (Addepar, Salesforce) with data accuracy.
• Define and enforce data governance standards for client data with Technology and Compliance.
• Manage data mapping, validation workflows, and onboarding pipes for seamless data flow.
• Produce regular status reporting for senior leadership and flag at-risk items with corrective actions.
