Job summary

A financial consulting firm seeks a Client Integration Lead to be the main contact for new clients during onboarding. You will manage finance transformation processes for small to mid-sized organizations, ensuring compliance and operational stability. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in accounting and project management, along with strong analytical skills and proficiency with key financial systems. This role includes routine travel within the Chicagoland area.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in accounting/finance with hands-on process/controls work.
• 3+ years leading projects or client onboarding in professional services.
• Strong command of GAAP and diagnosing reconciliation issues.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client contact during onboarding; set expectations.
• Assess internal control frameworks and identify deficiencies.
• Build onboarding project plans with milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate day-to-day execution with TRM Controllers and teams.
• Facilitate data migration and ensure operational readiness.
